What happens if the HOA says no?

Contractors pay no service fee for a denied application. Homeowner handling is a separate flat-fee service, charged when the application is submitted, and is refunded if we cannot submit. We can discuss next steps after a denial; resubmission or hearing preparation is separately priced.

Do you guarantee approval?

No. Your association’s architectural committee makes that decision. Our job is to understand its requirements, coordinate the application, submit it through the right process, and follow up.

What if the association doesn’t respond?

We follow up and keep a record of the correspondence. Response requirements depend on the jurisdiction, project, and association documents. We consider the rules that apply to your application rather than promise a universal deadline.

Is the free pre-check an approval?

No. It is a compliance pre-screen against available association guidelines. We may need to research your association or review documents before sharing findings. You still need the committee’s decision for work requiring approval.

Are building permits included?

Our service covers HOA architectural review. City and county permits remain with your contractor or permitting professional.

Is there a subscription or a minimum?

No subscription and no application minimum for our current contractor service. New contractor accounts can try their first three applications free.

Can our association use the portal today?

The HOA portal is in development. We are welcoming boards and community managers as design partners to help shape it. Core architectural intake, review, and records are planned to be free.
