1. What wHOA does

wHOA prepares, submits and follows up on architectural review applications to homeowner associations, acting as the property owner's authorized agent. We do not make approval decisions; the association's architectural committee does.

2. What wHOA is not

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Where we cite a statute, we are providing general information, not advice about your situation. We are not a community association manager and do not act for any association. We do not handle municipal building permits.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or approved within any period. Association timelines are outside our control. What we commit to are the service levels published on our site.

4. Fees

Contractors are invoiced a flat fee per approved application, net 15. No fee is charged for an application that is denied or withdrawn. Homeowners paying directly are charged when we submit, and refunded in full if we are unable to submit. Rush handling is charged as disclosed at the time it is requested.

5. Vendor lists

Where wHOA hosts an association's approved-vendor list, the association controls that list absolutely. Contractors pay wHOA for verification and workflow services only. No payment to wHOA can obtain, improve or preserve a position on any association's list, and lists are displayed in a neutral order to every viewer.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including ownership of the property, and for having the authority to authorize us to act. Contractors confirm they have the homeowner's consent to share the homeowner's information with us.

7. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability arising from any application is limited to the fees paid for that application. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including delayed installation dates or lost profit.

8. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms.
