Contractors fund the service.
Contractors pay us to coordinate their architectural applications. Homeowners can also hire us for application handling.
Your core portal will be free.
We plan to keep core architectural intake, review, and records free for associations. No per-door charge for the core portal.
Your independence stays intact.
Your board makes the decisions and controls its vendor list. Contractors cannot pay for placement. A pre-screen never replaces your review.
